Amore di Mamma Set Menu (10 May and 11 May 2024) | VIEW MENU
Treat Mum to a special day with Allora’s Amore di Mamma set menu, offered for lunch and dinner on 10 May and 11 May 2024. Delight in a four-course meal paired with two glasses of wine, at $128++ for two. It's the perfect way to express your love and appreciation for Mum.
Indulge in the tantalising flavours of Vicolo – eggplant parmigiana, crafted with layers of savoury cooked ham and rich in mozzarella, contrasting the earthy flavour of the eggplant with tangy tomato sauce and creamy melted cheese.
Pasta lovers cannot miss Strascinati, handmade with love, this dish features homemade fresh strascinati calabresi pasta, known for its unique shape, with its ridged surface and curled edges, allowing it to hold onto sauces, ensuring that each bite is infused with flavour. The pasta is served with succulent veal meatballs, simmered in a rich tomato sauce and topped with pecorino, black pepper and fresh basil.
You will have the choice to select a hearty main. One option is Picaro, offering a delightful blend of flavours with a tender spring chicken roulade filled with a medley of olives, capers and Mediterranean herbs, perfectly complemented by the subtle warmth of pepper, alongside eggplant and potato.
Alternatively, you can indulge in this Mother’s Day exclusive, crafted by Head Pizzaiolo Chef Vincenzo Lavecchia, featuring an anchovy scented fennel cream base dressed in the richness of pecorino and burrata, adding a delightful creaminess to the dish. The fragrant oregano and fiery nduja sausages perfectly balance the richness of the other ingredients.
Conclude the meal on a sweet note with our delightful Millefoglie, a pastry with Italian origins that has become popular worldwide. Featuring the crunchy puff pastry along with Chantilly cream and mixed seasonal berries. With each bite, the sweetness of the filling balances perfectly with the buttery undertones of the pastry.
Fresh Pasta Making with Executive Chef Stefano Sanna (11 May 2024, 1pm – 2pm)
Guests are invited to immerse themselves in a heartwarming atmosphere filled with love and warmth during the Fresh Pasta Making Class on 11 May 2024, from 1pm to 2pm. This special event presents families with the perfect opportunity to learn the art of making fresh pasta from scratch while creating memories to cherish. Chef Stefano will be joined by his beloved mother, making this experience truly special. This exclusive event is complimentary and available only to diners at Allora.
