Celebrate the language of love this San Valentino with an intimate Italian-inspired dinner designed to be shared. From elegant beginnings to a sweet finale, indulge in a thoughtfully curated menu that brings romance to the table.
Begin with the crispy golden crab croquette, followed by silky crudo beef tartare and creamy prawn risotto. For the main, choose the tender glazed beef cheek or delicate barramundi & salmon, and conclude with Amore nell’Aria, a dreamy Italian meringue dessert with rose chantilly cream and fresh raspberries.
